Your tasks

For the position of Managing Director/CEO (m/f/d), we are looking for an experienced person with relevant knowledge in leadership and strong motivation and passion for business. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker, a results-driven manager, and a visionary leader who can develop and execute plans to achieve revenue and market share growth targets.

 

The main tasks are

  • Responsible for the results, strategic and operational management 
  • Full management of the company with responsibility for all organizational, commercial, personnel and technical processes
  • Development of the business strategy in order to ensure a long-term increase in market share, sales growth and profitability
  • Leadership and development of motivated teams and managers
  • Acting as a role model, acting responsibly and promoting a positive work culture
  • As the Managing Director you have fully P&L responsibility and ensure healthy financial management in order to achieve the objectives
     

Your profile

To be successful in this position you need the following knowledge and experience:

  • Academic degree or equivalent ideally in the field of industrial engineering or business administration
  • Experience in the management of business units or companies with proven success in increasing sales and market share in the area of responsibility
  • Experience in change management and modernization of organizational structures
  • Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills, ability to inspire
  • Understanding of business analyses and modern key performance indicators
  • Ability for networking and representing the company in public 
  • Excellent communication skills at every management level
  • English at a business fluent level
     

As part of this attractive and challenging role, you will report directly to our HQ in Germany and be fully responsible for sales and the further development of the branch in Sweden.
You will lead a team of around 50 employees in a motivating manner. Equipped with a high degree of creative freedom, you will continue to develop the branch and ensure that the overarching, growth-oriented sales and service targets are met.
As an entrepreneurial thinker and decision-maker with a high level of initiative, you will shape the growth phase to date - combined with the further proactive alignment of your qualified team to the market. At the same time, your personal commitment and presence in the region and as a local face will motivate and provide decisive impetus for both customers, employees and the public.
