In 1985, a USA sales and marketing company was established in Chester County, PA. Since then, ifm USA has experienced tremendous growth with more than 120 employees from the surrounding area, the expansion of ten branch sales offices throughout the US, and the opening of a manufacturing and technology center in Malvern, PA in 2012.
Today, roughly 240 dedicated individuals drive innovation and productivity and successfully service 22,000 customers resulting in $148 Million in annual sales (2017).

ifm prover USA opened in 2012 and includes a product development team, a production facility and multiple labs for testing and quality control. Close to 60 ifm employees work in the facility, and the company plans to increase to 100 employees over the next five years.
This Team currently produces approximately 800,000 temperature sensors, flow sensors and connectors for the global market.
Our goal is to continuously improve ifm products and services. We measure how we’re performing with an annual Loyalty Survey that evaluates customer feedback by indicating a Net Promoter Score (NPS).
