Please note that all returns require an R&A number. Non-warranty R&A numbers can be requested by calling Customer Service at 800-441-8246 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Warranty R&A numbers can be requested by filling out the self-service form below. Products that are returned to ifm without an R&A number will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Guidelines for Non-Warranty Returns (non-warranty returns are ordering errors, shipping errors, etc):
