moneo Track & Trace

To track process steps such as incoming goods, production, and warehouse operations, four sensors are required, each providing a unique process value. The sensor data is transmitted every second, resulting in 240 info points for transmission alone. Creating a station, along with defining rules, KPIs, and historical data, consumes an additional 10 info points pear station. In total, 280 info points can monitor the entire intralogistics process.

Returnable assets (returnable load carriers)

Greater transparency and lean management

Greater inventory transparency saves search time and reduces the risk of downtime. Minimum stock levels can also be reduced as part of lean management. Dynamic inventory redistribution can be based on the locations of the returnable load carriers.
