Intelligent data aggregation with
our edgeGateway
Our moneo edgeGateway enables powerful preprocessing and aggregation of up to 500 data sources. It is often sufficient only to transfer values to the cloud every minute. However, you also have the option to shorten the intervals to every 10 seconds or every second.
For intelligent data aggregation, you have four options:
- Mean-value generation:
The average of all measured data is calculated in a defined time interval. - Maximum-value generation:
The highest measured value in a specific time interval is recorded. - Minimum value:
The lowest measured value in a specified time frame is recorded. - Last value:
The last value in the respective interval is transferred without aggregation.

Unlimited expansion options
Each subscription to the moneo IIoT Core Cloud (QCM100) gives you 500 information points per minute. You can use this flexibly and regardless of the number of Edge devices. If you need more information points, you can simply add another subscription.
When planning, consider the number of information points required per minute in the cloud. This depends on how many data sources you want to connect and at what frequency the data should be sent to the cloud. You can set this conveniently and centrally in the cloud.
Remote maintenance with moneo remoteConnect
As an add-on component of our cloud solution, moneo remoteConnect offers a comprehensive solution for remote maintenance. This function allows you to access to moneo and various plant components. Adapt access configurations precisely to your individual requirements and maintain control over your remote maintenance processes.
