The situation with Coronavirus COVID-19 is developing constantly and with the advice from the UK Government changing yesterday, we now have all of our staff that can working from home. The only exception to this is our warehouse staff who are continuing to come in to keep us operational. With these important colleagues, we are working in two separate shifts to assist them in socially distancing themselves from each other.
Whilst we have made investments in our technology infrastructure to ensure that we can operate all our systems and processes remotely with little or no interruption to normal service levels, we are finding that due to most of the country also in this difficult position the networks are struggling to cope. This means that sometimes the phones might not be working or we might drop your phone call. If this does happen, we will endeavour to call you back or contact you via other means of communication such as email or Skype.
We will continue to work proactively with you on stock levels, lead times and deliveries so that we can keep you working as normally as possible.
As always, we remain committed to supporting your business. We still want to offer you an unparalleled level of service and will continue to monitor the situation so that we can provide you with updates appropriately and promptly.
