Description: The MVQ201 continuously monitors the position of the valve to the nearest degree. Via the “Auto teach“ function, the end positions are automatically approached and taught. The control valve can be easily connected via the separate M12 connection and be controlled via IO-Link. This reduces wiring and installation complexity – reducing possible sources of error.

Accompanied by Actemium Arras, the first step towards Industry 4.0 is the digitisation of the 500 valves of the production site with the ifm MVQ201 solution. While keeping the human aspect at the centre of this project, this new installation uses IO-Link technology for conditional preventive maintenance of the valves, thus saving precious time and money."
