Hardened PLCs

HMI controllers

ioControl

ioControl is a decentralized I/O module connected to the controller via CAN. It's integrated two color LED display provides the most important system messages

ISOBUS gateway

ifm's ISOBUS gateway establishes reliable communication between implement and tractor. The visualization is stored in the ISOBUS gateway and transmitted to the tractor's display.

3D Cameras

ifm's 3D mobile camera system enables machines to react to an obstacle before your driver sees it, automatically halt the vehicle when an object enters its path, and improve the speed of operation by avoiding collisions when approaching other vehicles. Backup cameras are necessary to reduce blind spots for drivers and help reduce accidents. ifm's offering of analog cameras helps machine operators perform their duties more safely.

2D Cameras

Cameras with analog video output are used to monitor blind spots around mobile machines and commercial vehicles. The video output can be directly connected to a dialogue module with graphics capabilities and colour display. Variants with different angles of aperture are offered for different operating distances and field of view sizes.

Ethernet Cameras

Ethernet cameras provide high-resolution real-time video feed, enabling precise and detailed object detection. Additionally, their compatibility with existing Ethernet networks facilitates seamless integration into vehicle systems. Moreover, the camera image can be displayed on any number of screens via an Ethernet switch, allowing for enhanced visibility and situational awareness for vehicle operators.

Sensors

The ifm product range for mobile applications includes inductive sensors, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, and inclination sensors, among others. The units are distinguished by a robust housing and high protection rating for use in harsh environments. They are shock and vibration resistant and designed to be used in harsh, dirty environments.
