Level monitoring in any application

Eliminate ingress in washdown applications

High pressure and steam cleaning often damages sensing devices. The cleaning agents can dissolve seals on the sensors. Connectors can be a weak point for devices during high pressure cleaning.

The high-grade 316L stainless-steel housing of our full-metal ultrasonic sensors with highest protection level of IP69K protects your whole system against high pressure and steam cleaning. Unplanned downtime due to device malfunction is minimized. The stainless-steel sensing face has very high resistance to aggressive cleaning agents; therefore, there is no degradation of any part of the sensor throughout its entire service life.

High resistance to chemical vapors

Chemicals, oils and gases often damage the weak points on the sensing devices, like pushbuttons, O-rings etc. Many plastics swell from chemical and oil ingression over time and then become brittle or porous. Chemicals or oil may penetrate the unit through weak points and damage the electronics and cause malfunctioning of the sensor.

Our full-metal ultrasonic sensors are programmable via IO-Link without any pushbutton and the fully encased stainless-steel sensing face protects the unit against the ingression of chemicals or any other liquids or vapors. The lifespan of the unit and your system is maximized and contamination from deterioration of parts is eliminated.
