1	Maintence required	Flash sequence active (write/reading to/from sensor)
2	Out of specification	Process Pressure over/under run (≥ 105 %VMR* or ≤ -5 %VMR*) Process Temperature over/under run (≥ 115°C / 239°F or ≤ -30°C / -22°F) Device Temperature range exceeded or below limits (≥ 125°C / 257°F or ≤ -25°C / -13°F)
3	Functional check	Process Temperature range is critically exceeded or below limits (≥ 125°C / 257°F or ≤ -35°C / -31°F) Parameter setting error Measurement error
