ISO calibration of vibration sensors
The comparative measurement of vibration sensors is carried out by comparing the measured value of the transducer to be calibrated with that of a standard accelerometer.
The sensor to be calibrated and the reference sensor are mounted on a sandstone table and set to a sinusoidal oscillation in a defined frequency range. In addition to the zero point, calibration is carried out in the frequency range between 20 Hz ... 800 Hz with a constant vibration velocity of 10 mm/s at 11 measuring points from the one-third octave range.
Calibration is performed via the analog output (current) as standard in the factory setting.
