SU Ultrasonic flow meters
The SU ultrasonic flowmeter inline version features a stainless steel measuring tube free of measuring elements, seals, and moving parts. The clamp-on version mounts externally to the pipe, significantly reducing installation cost and time. Both versions eliminate pressure loss, wear-related drift, leakage risks, blockages and maintain stable, long-term measurement performance.
Accurate non-contact flow measurement
-
Drift-free measurement: Non‑contact ultrasonic sensing delivers precise, repeatable process readings.
-
Minimal pressure drop: An obstruction‑free design preserves flow and maintains overall system performance.
Robust solid-state measurement system
-
No moving parts: With no moving parts, the sensor resists wear, vibration, and contamination for dependable operation.
-
Low‑maintenance
design: No reoccurring field calibration or frequent service required, reducing unplanned downtime.
No calibration needed
-
Factory-calibrated media curves: Temperature-compensated water, glycol, and oil flow curves for consistent performance across the entire range.
-
IO-Link: Pure digital signal improves accuracy and resolution over analog signal.
