Operating and display elements
- Yellow LED - output switched on
- Sensitivity adjustment potentiometer
- Green LED - power on / stability indication
- Output selector
Note: The through-beam transmitter features only a green LED to indicate power/operational status.
Stability indication
The green LED is lit when supply voltage is applied and there is enough excess gain from the application. The table below indicates the behavior of this LED.
- To increase sensitivty, turn the potentiometer (2) clockwise.
- To decrease sensitivity, turn the potentiometer (2) counterclockwise.
- For dark-on mode (output turns on when no light reaches the receiver), turn the potentiometer (4) to “D”.
- For light-on mode (output turns on when light reaches the receiver), turn the potentiometer (4) to “L”.
