Solutions for reliable temperature monitoring
The right temperature is a decisive factor in many processes and plants when it comes to process reliability, plant availability and product quality.
Deviations from target values can result in product defects, increased wear, failures and production downtime. Precise and reliable temperature monitoring is therefore essential.
Our range of temperature sensors is as diverse as the applications for which they were developed. Various measuring principles are available, including invasive and non-invasive methods as well as infrared measurement, together covering a temperature range from -100 °C to +2,500 °C. The sensors are equipped with both analogue outputs and digital interfaces such as IO-Link as standard. With particularly fast response times or integrated self-monitoring, the sensors provide safety in critical environments.
In addition to sensors, we also offer a wide range of process connections, adapters and thermowells for integration into existing systems. From sensor technology and data transmission through to integration into IIoT structures at IT level, we deliver a seamless solution for continuous temperature monitoring – all from a single source.
Precise and reliable solutions
In production environments, even the smallest deviations from the target value can have a significant impact on product quality. That is why we offer temperature sensors with high accuracy and fast response times that you can rely on.
Broad product range
Our versatile portfolio offers a wide range of measuring principles – from media-contacting to non-contacting applications. A broad temperature measuring range from -100 °C to +2,500 °C, along with numerous measuring tip lengths, enables precise measurements across a wide variety of applications. Matching thermowells ensure fast installation and removal, increasing efficiency both during operation and maintenance.
Durable design for hygienic and industrial environments
In hygienic applications, the fully welded stainless steel housing with IP69 protection rating and the absence of seals that can deteriorate over time provide clear advantages. The industrial versions feature a highly robust design that can continually withstand high pressure, vibration and moisture.
Standardised M12 connector instead of error-prone cable glands
The standardised M12 connector ensures complete sealing and withstands the demanding conditions found in hygienic environments. Moreover, errors when connecting the wires in the terminal chamber are ruled out.
Simple and flexible installation
Thanks to standardised analogue signals and modern IO-Link technology, the temperature sensors can be integrated into existing systems quickly and easily. The flexible choice of interfaces enables both conventional and digital integration options depending on your requirements.
The temperature sensor range is divided into compact temperature sensors and modular systems, each available for industrial and hygienic applications, as well as non-contact infrared sensors. The choice of the right solution depends on the application and its specific requirements.
Compact temperature sensors
Compact temperature sensors combine the measuring element and evaluation unit in a single device and feature a space-saving one-piece housing. Integrated into the process and connected via the M12 connector, the sensors communicate either via an analogue 4–20 mA signal or digitally via IO-Link. Thanks to their plug-and-play design, compact temperature sensors are the ideal choice for simple integration.

Modular systems
In addition to compact temperature sensors, we offer modular systems that can be customised to meet specific requirements. A Pt100/Pt1000 measuring element is combined with an evaluation unit, which is available with or without display. Modular systems are the ideal choice for applications requiring maximum flexibility.
A passive surface probe completes the range, offering fast, precise and non-invasive measurement. Using a clamp-on solution, a temperature measuring point can be set up quickly and easily.
