AutomationLine features

Flexible ports

AutomationLine offers 8 identical class A/B ports, simplifying the connection concept.
Thanks to the common ground concept (GND US = UA), pins 2 and 4 can be flexibly configured and used for all types of IO-Link devices as well as DI (US) / DO (UA). This allows the port configuration to be individually adapted to the specific application.

  • Maximum flexibility in configuration
  • Reduced variety of articles

New, robust industrial housing design

AutomationLine features a completely new black housing design for decentralised field use in industrial environments. The cost‑efficient housing made of glass‑fibre reinforced plastic provides high mechanical strength.
The lower part of the housing is formed by direct potting of the printed circuit board. This process ensures permanent sealing and a housing free of cavities. The ports are integrated directly into the housing shell, resulting in a compact, protected design with a clear structure and high robustness.

  • Cost efficiency through a new housing
  • High shock and vibration resistance for industrial applications
  • Robust and durable design for continuous use in the field
  • Compact design with integrated IO-Link port structure
