Step one
Your software subscription
To take your first steps into the cloud, you first need a subscription to moneo IIoT Core Cloud (QCM100), which provides you with 500 information points.
The subscription gives you a wide range of functions: Use moneo IIoT Core as a simple way to set the parameters of your sensors. Collect and visualise your data on dashboards to enable comprehensive condition monitoring and receive immediate alerts of any process deviations. The option of remote maintenance is also included.

Step two
Your hardware for the cloud
You then choose one of our moneo edgeGateways (AE2100 or AE2400) to use with your software license.
With the gateway, you will immediately be ready to transfer selected values to your moneo Cloud. While AE2100 is ideal for operation in control cabinets or in IT environments, AE2400 with the IP 67 protection class is the optimal solution for use in the field.

Intelligent data aggregation with
our edgeGateway
Our moneo edgeGateway enables powerful preprocessing and aggregation of up to 500 data sources. It is often sufficient only to transfer values to the cloud every minute. However, you also have the option to shorten the intervals to every 10 seconds or every second.
For intelligent data aggregation, you have four options:
- Mean-value generation:
The average of all measured data is calculated in a defined time interval. - Maximum-value generation:
The highest measured value in a specific time interval is recorded. - Minimum value:
The lowest measured value in a specified time frame is recorded. - Last value:
The last value in the respective interval is transferred without aggregation.

Unlimited expansion options
Each subscription to the moneo IIoT Core Cloud (QCM100) gives you 500 information points per minute. You can use this flexibly and regardless of the number of Edge devices. If you need more information points, you can simply add another subscription.
When planning, consider the number of information points required per minute in the cloud. This depends on how many data sources you want to connect and at what frequency the data should be sent to the cloud. You can set this conveniently and centrally in the cloud.
