Moneo: your actionable insights dashboard
Moneo is a dashboard and analysis tool which converts sensor data into actionable information allowing you to closely monitor your factory or plant to avoid downtime and increase your productivity.
Moneo is industry-independent, manufacturer-independent IIoT platform and thus enables you to integrate a wide range of existing devices and use the data more efficiently.
What can moneo do you for me?
Data visualisation is not the only capability of Moneo. Our full package allows you to do all of the following:
- Monitor live values from machines.
- Create Dashboards or Overview status pages.
- Create alerts from machine data and/or insights.
- Create calculations or metrics across multiple machines.
- Create quick time series graphs/comparisons across multiple machines.
- Simple data exports (by csv) of machine sensor data or insights.
- Process and translate machine data and send to IT systems or Cloud.
- DataScience integration to provide automated insights/alerts based on exceptional machine data.
- Integration into SAP possible.

Moneo makes your plant more efficient. With moneo, machines can be maintained predictively and unplanned downtimes can be avoided.
Go at your own pace
The function modules are scalable for all machines. The moneo starter kit is the perfect start into digitisation. If you are ready for the next steps, an extension by further modules or device connections is easily possible. With the infopoint licences, the costs depend on the number of data points that are in use.
Further modules are being planned and implemented. These expand the moneo portfolio.
Avoid downtime
Moneo analyses the sensor data and detects deviations. If a machine is running differently than usual, this indicates wear or changes in the process that could lead to a failure.
There is often enough time between the occurrence of the first deviations and a standstill to schedule predictive maintenance.
