Maximum flexibility with modular temperature measurement systems
Modular systems for temperature measurement provide a precise and flexible solution for a wide range of industrial applications. The concept is based on separating the evaluation electronics from the RTD temperature sensor (Pt100 / Pt1000), enabling customised system configurations tailored to specific application requirements.
The portfolio includes a comprehensive range of RTD sensor versions, including cable sensors, screw-in and bolt-on sensors, as well as probe sensors with variable installation lengths and process connections.
Evaluation electronics are available either with a numerical display and three pushbuttons or as a blind version without display. Integration is possible via IO-Link or analogue interfaces.
Optional thermowells allow sensors to be replaced in the running process, helping to maximise system availability.
Flexible system configuration
The modular concept allows sensors, process connections and evaluation electronics to be freely combined. This enables temperature measurement systems to be configured precisely for specific applications and operating conditions.
Wide range of applications
The wide variety of sensor versions covers a broad range of industrial applications – from standard processes to hygiene-critical applications. Wide measuring ranges of -100 to +600 °C support use across a broad range of industrial applications.
Compact design for limited space
Thanks to their compact design, the RTDs (resistance temperature detectors) are ideally suited for use in difficult-to-access or confined installation locations. Precise temperature monitoring is therefore easily achievable even in complex machinery or compact systems. With separate evaluation electronics, measured values can also be read easily in difficult-to-access locations.
Easy integration into control systems
Interfaces such as IO-Link or analogue outputs enable simple and standardised integration into existing control environments. This reduces installation effort while increasing data availability.
