Individually controlled LEDs for maximum flexibility and reliability

This innovative LED strip enables far more than visualisation in a single colour: up to 320 RGB LEDs can be individually controlled in terms of colour and brightness. The DP1617 controller offers pre-programmed modes for this purpose, allowing quick and easy implementation of customised visualisation concepts. LED control is performed via IO-Link.

The hygienically designed and extremely robust LED strips are available in lengths from 250 mm to 5000 mm, making them ideal for demanding applications in factory automation as well as in the food industry. Thanks to an integrated bypass system, the strip remains functional even if individual LEDs fail, which increases reliability and extends the service life of the system.

Operating modes of the DP1617 controller

Segment mode

Allows the LED strip to be divided into several segments that can be controlled independently of each other for flexible and customised applications.

Running light point mode

Creates a flowing movement effect by lighting up the LEDs one after the other. Ideal for dynamic and appealing visualisations that convey the impression of movement.

Bar graph mode

Visualises values or states by lighting up LEDs in a row one after the other, similar to a bar graph.

Position mode

Provides precise control of individual LED groups to clearly display specific positions.
