ifm mate: Product
The system
ifm mate consists of a computing unit (1), the ifm mate software (2) and a camera (3), which records both a video image and a 3D image.
An optionally available (touch) monitor (4) is necessary for start-up. It is also possible to use an additional combined visual and acoustic signal transmitter (5), which indicates deviations to workers directly in their field of vision.
The software
ifm mate displays all relevant information about the current process sequence to the worker on the monitor:
- Work instructions for the respective work step (document/image/video)
- Completed work step (green*)
- Next work step (blue*)
- Later work step (white*)
- Labelling of the handling area
* Colours are freely definable
