Space-saving I/O modules for control cabinets

For use in the control cabinet and in the field

The IO-Link CabinetLine modules enable simple integration of sensors and actuators in control cabinets and in protected field applications. By focusing on essential process and diagnostic data, the IP20 modules offer a cost-effective solution for applications with basic functions, whilst lowering configuration, engineering and system costs.

Simple digitalisation of up to 16 devices

Up to 16 devices (sensors and/or actuators) can be integrated via the I/O modules. Thanks to the connector system, which allows both cage clamps and screw terminals to be plugged in, assembly is quick and straightforward. The ports of the AL5121 I/O module allow for flexible configuration as inputs or outputs. The AL5141 input module is ideal for applications requiring only the acquisition of sensor signals.

If sensors are connected to the IO-Link data communication technology via the I/O modules, sensor information can be read out centrally at IT level. IO-Link devices can also be configured centrally and conveniently via the IT level.

Voltage supply for external actuators

The modules are supplied with power from an IO-Link A-port master. The total current consumption of the AL5121 can be up to 1 A, which ensures an efficient supply of external actuators.

Uncomplicated installation with low space requirements

The IO-Link CabinetLine modules themselves are also quick to install thanks to the integrated DIN rail adapter and, being just 43 millimetres wide, take up very little space.
