IO-Link AutomationLine modules with digital inputs / outputs

Flexible digital inputs and outputs with IO-Link connection

The AutomationLine modules have 8 ports, each with two channels. On the AL2821, these can be individually configured as digital inputs or outputs. On the AL2841, they are used exclusively as digital inputs.

The connection via IO-Link enables simple and space-saving integration into existing system architectures.

Basic device concept with optimised data volume

By focusing specifically on essential process and diagnostic data, the AutomationLine modules represent a cost-effective alternative to IO-Link modules with a wider range of functions. They are particularly suitable for systems and applications where reliable basic functions are sufficient. The reduced amount of data simplifies configuration and lowers engineering and system costs.

Robust design for decentralised field applications

The modules have a robust AutomationLine housing and are designed for use in demanding industrial environments. With IP67 protection and an extended temperature range of -40...+70 °C, they are ideal for continuous use in the field.
