For us sustainability means following long-term targets responsibly and reliably instead of focusing on short-term success. We seek to continually optimise our products and our production methods. Through this, we contribute to a better environment.
DIN EN ISO 9000 et seq. was introduced and implemented years ago. Now, ifm electronic has been successfully certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 for the third time by DQS (German association for the certification of QM systems).

Our environmental management system defined as "think globally, act locally" is intended to help secure the future of our company and designed to improve environmental protection continuously. Therefore we certified our long-standing internal environmental management system at the German locations of ifm electronic gmbh, ifm efector gmbh and ifm flexpro gmbh to EMAS and ISO 14001 in spring 2020.
