Hohenloher Molkerei – Using IO-Link advantages in the dairy

This was made possible when an existing valve manifold was replaced by a new one. Implementing IO-Link resulted in a reduction of reaction times for the switching operations of the valves and in savings in terms of compressed air and resources, which altogether leads to a reduction in overall operating costs. The error evaluations and the option to view every valve separately are important features for the dairy as they allow for any problem that might occur to be evaluated in a timely manner.

The "Hohenloher Molkerei" dairy, founded in 1882 and based in Schwäbisch Hall, uses the advantages of IO-Link to implement a decentralised installation in its production.
