Note on electrical equipment

The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin indicates that the product shall not be mixed with general household waste when disposed of. Electrical and electronic products can contain hazardous substances that can harm the environment and human health when not treated correctly. The proper disposal of this product will ensure a proper treatment and helps conserving valuable natural resources just as well as a recycling according to the relevant legislations.

You can use our waste of electric and electronic equipment return service, if required, by placing an order using the email address: ifm@envenance.com. Our recycling partner envenance gmbh will agree a date for pick-up from your location. Recovery is effected properly and is free of charge for you. We reserve the right to charge incurring administration or logistics costs in individual cases.

Note on portable batteries

Our products can contain portable batteries. For technical reasons, those batteries are usually embedded into our products and cannot be taken out by the user. Independend trained personell can execute the separation.

If required, we have set up a return service. You can make use of this by placing an order via the button below. Our recycling partner envenance gmbh will arrange a collection date with you. The recycling will be carried out properly and is free of charge for you. We reserve the right to pass on any additional administrative or supplementary costs that may be incurred.

By submitting the take-back order, the customer accepts the conditions in full. The conditions can be viewed and downloaded (see right).
