In "Calculated values" there is a new function block for a data flow model: "Piece counter". If sensors are connected accordingly, moneo can count trigger signals in a data flow model. For example: switching operations or good and bad parts.

In a data flow model it is possible to define custom units for output values and display them on the "Dashboard" or in the "Monitoring table", for example.

In a data flow model, the run mode "onChange" can be used for high-frequency process values. This means that a new value is immediately taken into account as soon as it changes.

In a data flow model the function block "Counter" offers a new signal connector: "Reset". If the "Reset value" is reached, the "Time counter" or "Piece counter" sets the current value to 0.

If an SMTP server is set up in the "Email channel settings", moneo sends an e-mail to new users when they are created in the "User management". Users receive a notification within moneo if the SMTP server does not work.

The name of the app tile in the moneo home area has been changed from "Configure device" to "Connected devices".

With the new add-on, the GSDML file for a PLC can be generated in the GSDML management for connected masters (AL14xx) and IO-Link sensors. The parameter setting of the GSDML file is easily done via the known interface by checkboxes of the parameters that are to be written into the GSDML file.

In addition to dashboards for process data from sensors, they can now also be displayed for IO-Link masters and provide a good overview of the internal temperature and voltage of a master.

Each moneo release includes the latest firmware for IO-Link masters, which can be easily and quickly transferred to the devices.

Now IO-Link masters (devices with an ifm IoT core) can also be configured offline, thus offering time savings because the individual configurations of the sensors no longer need to be saved, but the configuration of the masters including the sensors can be saved without the devices being connected to moneo.
