Return of goods to be repaired: it’s as simple as that!
It is possible to return defective products to us in one of two ways:
- Call the technical support at +39 039 6899982.
- Follow the following procedure:
- Download the returns form from this page (top right).
- Send the documentation by e-mail to tecnico.it@ifm.com taking care to fill in the mandatory fields marked with *.
- Prepare the goods for shipping. Enclose the returns form with the shipping package.
- We will inform you about the results of the technical analysis and the measures we will take to handle your return.
Important note:
- Due to legal regulations and for the protection of our employees and equipment, the returned goods have to be free from harmful substances in hazardous quantities.
- To process your order, we need the completed and signed returns form.
