ifm calibration laboratory accredited according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025

High-precision calibration with ifm electronic

Calibration method for pressure sensors
The comparative measurement for the calibration of pressure sensors is performed with high-precision pressure compensators by using known mass pieces.

Calibration method for temperature sensors
Here, the comparative measurement is performed in stirred, temperature-controlled liquid baths by using high-precision reference temperature sensors.

Performing DAkkS calibrations
The calibration is carried out by ifm electronic as accredited laboratory by means of comparative measurement according to guideline DAkkS-DKD-R 5-1 “Calibration of resistance hermometers” or guideline DAkkS-DKD-R 6-1 “Calibration of pressure measuring units”.

Measuring systems for issuing DAkkS / factory certificates
They are traceable to national standards of the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) or other national standards. In contrast to DAkkS calibration certificates factory certificates might not be accepted as traceability proof.
