Dear Valued Customers,

The coronavirus is affecting personal and business environments at all levels and we look forward to the speedy recovery and better welfare of everyone affected. 

At ifm we have taken various steps to keep our employees, customers and guests safe, while maintaining our commitment to being your sensor and automation resource. In an effort to keep our customers informed, we would like to provide answers to some of the questions you may have:

  1. Is ifm’s inventory and product availability impacted?

We are constantly working on increased stock levels in Germany factory to prepare for unforeseen production or logistics delays. Please feel free to contact our customer service team to learn about stock availability levels.

  1. Are ifm’s production and operations affected?

ifm’s production is currently not affected.  We are monitoring the supply chain situation closely and making every effort to avoid disruption. In addition, we are maintaining our normal work schedules and have started diversifying the work locations of our employees. This plan will also help with the health and safety of our employees

  1. Are there logistics or transportation risks?

ifm Hong Kong receives the majority of its product from its parent company in Germany. Currently we are monitoring the situation & working closely with our service provider in order to keep the best delivery schedule to our customers.
