Return of goods, complaint or repair: it’s as simple as that!

You can return your ordered goods to us within 6 weeks from the day of delivery – and it is very simple:

1. Fill in and sign the returns form.
2. Prepare the goods for shipping noting below and enclose the returns form with the shipping package.
        a. Goods unused
        b. Goods need to be in original packaging, sealed in case of safety devices.
3. Return the goods to us.
4. After your return has been fully checked and processed

• We will refund your money in the case of return goods.
• If outside the return period, used or not in original packaging, your return may be rejected or handling charge applied.
• We will inform you about the examination result and the measures carried out in case of repair orders or complaints.

Important note:

• Due to legal regulations and for the protection of our employees and equipment, the returned goods have to be free from harmful substances in hazardous quantities.
• To process your order, we need the completed and signed returns form.
