Return of goods, complaint or repair: it’s as simple as that!

You can return your ordered goods to us within 6 weeks from the day of delivery – and it is very simple:

1. Fill in and sign the returns form.
2. Send an email to info.es@ifm.com, indicating in subject : RMA - Return of goods.
3. Prepare the products for shipment and add the return form in the shipping package together with the corresponding delivery note.
4. Send the products postage paid.
5. Once the return has been checked and processed :

• we will refund your money in the case of return goods.
• we will inform you about the examination result and the measures carried out in case of repair orders or complaints.

Important note:

• Due to legal regulations and for the protection of our employees and equipment, the returned goods have to be free from harmful substances in hazardous quantities.
• To process your order, we need the completed and signed returns form.
