Return of goods, complaint or repair: it’s as simple as that!

Return of unused goods within 6 weeks from the date of delivery:

  • Contact our customer service or customer support with an overview of the products.
  • We will create a return case and then send you a partially completed return form.
  • It is important that the products are unused and in unopened original packaging.
  • It is mandatory to actively click the boxes about contamination as we reserve the right to reject shipments withoutthis information.
  • You then send the products carriage paid together with original deliverynote and return form to our warehouse in Germany. The address is on the form.
  • You will receive a credit note depending on our review of the returned goods.

Claims:

  • Contact customer service or support to create a claim.
  • We will create a case and send you a claim form. It is important that we receive an accurate description of the error.
  • It is mandatory to actively click the boxes regarding contamination as we reserve the right to reject shipments without this.
  • You then send the products and documents to our department in Aarhus. The address is on the form.
  • The product will first be examined locally and in some cases will then be sent to Germany for further examination.
  • We will contact you for a replacement product, credit note or whether we reject the complaint.
