Robust measuring cell, on-site process insights

The G1/2 PF pressure sensor is always the ideal choice whenever processes involving highly viscous or abrasive media conveyed through pipelines at precisely defined and high pressures need to be monitored directly on the system.

The ceramic measuring cell is extremely robust and can withstand pressure peaks. The rotatable display provides immediate insight in the process, and the PF15 can be configured on site using the proven three-button operation.

Flush, securely sealed

The flush design provides no dead space for media to adhere to, effectively preventing clogging of the pipe. ifm’s exceptionally reliable sealing concept ensures that fluid media such as water or paints cannot enter the thread area of the process connection, even under high pressure. This prevents any media from settling in this area, mixing with subsequent media during the process, or causing contamination.

PL pressure sensor as a display-free alternative

For applications with similarly challenging media, where no display or parameter setting is required on the sensor itself, the PL13 / PL15 series pressure sensors are a suitable alternative.
