Convenient IO-Link network management
With moneo configure, a large number of IO-Link devices and ifm IO-Link masters can be configured with just a few clicks. An integrated connection to the IODD database (online search function) also facilitates the integration of third-party devices.
Convenient management of your own parameter data sets, including import and export functions, further accelerates the integration of new sensors.
moneo configure – IO-Link parameter setting and process value display
The scan function enables fast detection and display of even complex IO-Link networks with multiple masters and devices. moneo also offers clear visualisation of up to two process values with the same unit to set up and diagnose IO-Link devices and thus simplifies the management of IO-Link networks and fault diagnostics.
moneo configure allows parameter setting and monitoring of the sensors without involving the PLC. Switching actuators is also possible. When setting up IO-Link devices in a PLC, the new visualisation of the process data structure in the cockpit of moneo configure proves helpful.
moneo configure will be the successor product to LR DEVICE and is also available as a stand-alone version.

Moneo configure – the convenient management tool for your IO-Link network.
GSDML files describe the ProfiNet device IO-Link master gateway and function like a "driver" for ProfiNet devices. They contain all relevant parameters and are necessary to configure the device in the Siemens TIA (Totally Integrated Automation) portal / S7-Classic.
However, the integration and, thus, also the display of the IO-Link device parameters is not standard and often requires additional programming effort.
With the new toolbox - moneo configure PLC Tools - ifm now offers you a simple GSDML parameter setting tool as the first feature of this toolbox.
The GSDML files of the ifm masters of the AL14xx series can be configured and integrated into the control environment in 3 simple steps. Add the device parameters that are important to you to the GSDML file yourself, export them and implement them in the TIA Portal. This eliminates the need to read data sheets and set the correct bits, and you need very little time to adapt the GSDMLs to your requirements.
