Sustainability Report
Our fourth sustainability report which, in the form of a comprehensive report update, is the result of a great team effort by many colleagues who contributed with their enthusiasm and commitment to its publication. This year, parts of the EMAS environmental statement were also integrated into the sustainability report. In addition to our strategic approaches and measures, this report contains our revised sustainability programme, an insight into various projects and interviews with our sustainability and social sustainability manager.
We wish you a good read, welcome your feedback and look forward to cooperating with you to create a future worth living.
The next sustainability report is scheduled for summer 2024.
Quality management has been implemented at ifm very efficiently since its founding years. In 1993, the DQS certified ifm’s QM for the first time - without any discrepancy!
It also includes proof that we meet the requirements of the e1 approval of the Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA).
Our environmental management system defined as "think globally, act locally" is intended to help secure the future of our company and designed to improve environmental protection continuously. Therefore we certified our long-standing internal environmental management system at the German locations of ifm electronic gmbh, ifm group services gmbh and ifm efector gmbh to EMAS and ISO 14001. Furthermore, the ifm Ecolink site in Poland is also certified according to ISO 14001.
Our commitment to respect human rights and environmental obligations.
To further specify our values-led corporate culture and live up to the statutory requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), the Board of Directors of the ifm group of companies is publishing this Mission Statement for all companies in the ifm group of companies.
ifm expressly requests all persons not to look the other way in the event of risks or even violations of human rights or environmental concerns, but to actively report them. An overview of the complaints procedure can be found in the rules of procedure for the complaints procedure under the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
