Which assumptions are used for the calculation in a complaint case?
For low effort we assume a total workload of 5 hours per complaint. For high effort we estimate about 40 hours, in each case at an hourly rate of €60. The following activities are included in this calculation: defect documentation via photos and reports (25%), quality-assurance analysis (15%), definition of corrective actions (20%), and implementation (40%).
