Daylight filter blocks ambient lighting
Vision algorithms require lighting to create contrast of black, white and grey pixels. Unintended ambient light can cause changes in the contrast and therefore, the robustness of the application solution. The daylight filter does not affect the integrated light source and creates a reliable and stable solution.

Gorilla® Glass protection
The front windowpane is made from impact-resistant glass that will not scratch or be damaged during normal operation. Plastic or glass lens covers are available separately for extra protection if desired.
Additional lensing reduces corona effect
Light passing through this lens helps create fine edges of contrast for the illumination LEDs and reduces “corona effect” or blurred light on the imager. This allows the imager to focus on the strongest light and clean up the blurred edges.
