The Top Employer Award 2021 once again illustrates the great appreciation of ifm employees, then and now.
Companies that are certified as Top Employers place their employees at the centre of corporate action and offer them an outstanding working and development environment. This year, the Top Employers Institute awarded more than 1600 Top Employers in 120 countries on five continents. The ifm group of companies was selected as Top Employer 2021 in Germany, Poland, Romania and the USA. Germany has now won this title for the fourth time.
Companies are examined by the Top Employers Institute on the basis of their statements in the HR Best Practices questionnaire. This questionnaire covers six overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas, such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion.
Top Employers Institute CEO David Plink says: "The year 2020 will go down as one of the most challenging in the history of business. Against this background, ifm can be particularly proud of this year's Top Employer 2021 award. It is an impressive testimony to the fact that ifm puts the well-being of its employees first.”
"The award for our five largest production and development locations worldwide once again shows the importance that ifm has always attributed to its employees. The demanding and globally uniform standard of Top Employer also helps us to constantly improve our attractiveness," says Steffen Fischer, CHRO at ifm.
