Return of goods

ifm's goal is to contribute to our customer' success by providing innovative solutions. If you need to return a product, however, the following guidelines will help you through the returns process and provide you with a printable return-shipping document. 

You can return your ordered goods to us within 6 weeks of the delivery date, you will receive a credit for your items. The returns process is very easy. 

1. Complete and sign the returns form.
2. Prepare the goods for shipping and place the return form in the shipping package.
3. Send the goods back to us.
4. After your return has been fully checked and processed

• we will give you a credit in the case of return goods.
• we will inform you about the examination result and the measures carried out in case of repair, orders, warranty or complaints.

Important note:

• Due to legal regulations and for the protection of our employees and operating facilities, it is imperative that returned goods are free from harmful substances in hazardous quantities.
• In order to process your order, we need the completed, submitted, signed and printed returns form.
