Return of goods
ifm's goal is to contribute to our customer' success by providing innovative solutions. If you need to return a product, however, the following guidelines will help you through the returns process and provide you with a printable return-shipping document.
You can return your ordered goods to us within 6 weeks of the delivery date, in reference to our Terms & Conditions (section 12). The returns process is as follows:
- Download and complete the Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) form then email it to sales.au@ifm.com
- We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours. If approved, you'll receive a GRA Number. If your return is not approved, we will provide reasoning and offer alternative options if possible.
- Securely pack the goods and include the signed GRA form.
- Ship the items to: Suite 3 / 745 Springvale Road, Mulgrave, VIC, 3170.
- After your return has been fully checked and processed
- we will issue you a credit for approved returns or;
- we will inform you about the outcome and the measures carried out in case of repair, orders, warranty or complaints.
Important note:
- Due to legal regulations and for the protection of our employees and operating facilities, it is imperative that returned goods are free from harmful substances in hazardous quantities.
- In order to process your order, we need the completed, submitted, signed and printed returns form.
