Return of goods

ifm's goal is to contribute to our customer' success by providing innovative solutions. If you need to return a product, however, the following guidelines will help you through the returns process and provide you with a printable return-shipping document. 

You can return your ordered goods to us within 6 weeks of the delivery date, in reference to our Terms & Conditions (section 12). The returns process is as follows:

  1. Download and complete the Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) form then email it to sales.au@ifm.com
  2. We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours. If approved, you'll receive a GRA Number. If your return is not approved, we will provide reasoning and offer alternative options if possible.
  3. Securely pack the goods and include the signed GRA form.
  4. Ship the items to: Suite 3 / 745 Springvale Road, Mulgrave, VIC, 3170.
  5. After your return has been fully checked and processed
  • we will issue you a credit for approved returns or;
  • we will inform you about the outcome and the measures carried out in case of repair, orders, warranty or complaints.

 

Important note:

  • Due to legal regulations and for the protection of our employees and operating facilities, it is imperative that returned goods are free from harmful substances in hazardous quantities.
  • In order to process your order, we need the completed, submittedsigned and printed returns form.
