With the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG), the German Federal Government has implemented the European Union’s requirements for the participation of people with disabilities.

However, our website and online shop
are not fully accessible to users with disabilities. The BFSG applies exclusively to services provided to consumers or private customers. However, the offerings in our online shop are intended for business clients only. Less than 1% of our services are ordered by people who have registered with us as consumers. In this case, Section 17 (1) of the BFSG applies. According to this, the legislator has not ordered accessibility if - as in our case - this leads to an unreasonable burden and does not result in any noticeable advantages for people with disabilities.

The federal states have agreed on a joint central market surveillance centre to monitor compliance with the accessibility requirements under the BFSG. Until the "Market Surveillance Centre of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services" (MLBF) is established, the following body is responsible:
