Position monitoring for material supply
A through-beam sensor monitors the continuous
material flow of screws fed to an assembly machine via a vibratory
conveyor. At the end of the supply
section an inductive sensor triggers a pin and the screw is placed
into the workpiece. The sensors safely detect the small round screw heads even at
longer distances.
