Vibration monitoring of machines and equipment according to ISO 10816

The electronic vibration monitor type VK monitors online the overall vibration condition of machines and equipment according to ISO 10816. The sensor measures the effective vibration velocity (rms) on a non-rotating machine surface. The unit is easy to set using 2 radial dials for quick adjustment of the switching point and response delay. The unit also has an analogue output. The vibration transmitter in stainless steel housing, type VT, transmits the values as an analogue signal (4…20 mA) directly to the PLC.

The compact vibration diagnostic units combine vibration monitoring, diagnostics and trending all in a small space. The integrated acceleration sensor measures permanently measures the machine vibration on non-rotating machine surface and calculates the ISO-characteristics as well as frequency-selective diagnostic values. All the calculated characteristics are stored in a non-volatile internal memory. The freely adjustable storage intervalls enble the customer to use the trending function according to his requirements. The unit is easy to set up using a PC-software.

The product type VSE offers all possibilities for an integrated complete machine diagnosis – from an automatic frequency-selective diagnostic measurement to integrated trending with a time stamp. The diagnostic electronic can continually analyse and evaluate simultaneously up to 4 points of measurement as well as 2 further processe values. Switching outputs signal early and main alarm. Trending can be shown using the analogue output. In addition 12 counters can be configured and monitored using alarm limits. The ethernet interface can also be used to integrate the decentralized diagnosis in higher level systems.
