Pt 100 / Pt 1000 Temperature sensors

There is no other sensing principle with such a design variety of the actual sensor as for temperature sensors. Different temperature ranges, installation depths, environmental conditions, media, etc. require a large selection of temperature sensors.
No matter whether a probe sensor (TT, TM) or cable sensor (TS), for solids, liquids or gases, on pipes or tanks, in industrial or hygienic applications, ifm electronic offers a suitable temperature sensor for (almost) every application.
Amplifiers for temperature sensors

Temperature sensing is one task – temperature evaluation and possibly generating a standard signal (e.g. 4...20 mA) or a switching signal is another task.
The TR type control monitors enable evaluation of different temperature ranges and the generation of different analogue and switching signals in combination with a clear LED display.
Temperature switches and transmitters

If a local temperature display is not required, temperature transmitters are frequently used. ifm electronic provides units with excellent response times (TA series) that either have standard output signals or an integrated AS-i interface.
In hygienic applications the self-monitoring, calibration-free temperature transmitter TAD is an excellent choice.
Sensor with adjustable switch points

The first switching temperature sensor with intuitive handling, combined with an excellent response time and a compact housing. Switch point setting via two setting rings, also without system temperature being applied. Mechanical locking prevents inadvertent switch point manipulation.
Temperature monitors

In many applications a local display on the sensor is requested. Switching and analogue signals generated in the unit are evaluated by a higher-level control system.
The compact TN type units are distinguished by excellent response times, high pressure resistance and adaptive process connections.
Infrared heat sensors with switching output

If very high temperatures must be monitored, contact measuring systems are often not suitable. In such applications the non-contact infrared (IR) measuring sensors type OW can be used.
