Materials
Both the threaded body and the sensing face of the housing are made of stainless steel.
Use in welding applications
The non-stick coating allows weld spatter to roll off the sensor.

Long life is achieved due to a special design and additional seals as well as the use of a plastic which is resistant to oil, coolants and lubricants.
