Ingress protection in hygienic and wet areas
The sensors for use up to 100 °C undergo frequent cleaning operations, temperature shocks and feature high resistance to cleaning agents.
Application tests
A series of tests qualified the sensors for food applications:
- temperature shock test to EN 60068-2-14 Nc
- artificial ageing in a 1000-hour long-term test to EN 60068-2-14 Nb (change of temperature)
- leak check using the steam boiler testt
