ClassicLine module AC5230
Besides an analogue current input (4...20 mA) and output (4...20 mA) the new ClassicLine module has two digital inputs. Due to the novel assembly technology guaranteeing fast, toolless and at the same time very secure mounting the modules are in particular suited for field applications.

Advantages and customer benefits
The flat cable can be inserted from three different directions. The upper and lower parts are no longer mounted by four screws but by a slide. Quick and safe mounting are guaranteed. All operating and display elements are located on the front display. Thanks to their high luminosity the LEDs are particularly easy to see. They indicate switching status, operating voltage and failures.
No software required
For masters according to the specification 2.1 + 3.0 the analogue slave is detected by means of the profile and master and slave start to exchange data automatically.
There is no need to program special function blocks in the user program to control and handle the analogue protocol.
Set-up
The modules can be addressed either without voltage before mounting or when mounted and wired via the addressing socket.
Only the common AC1144 addressing unit plus the E70213 addressing cable are required.
Versions
The 2-channel analogue input modules AC5222 and AC5223 with 4...20 mA for 2, 3 and 4-wire sensors are already available.
