Temperature monitoring on a heat exchanger

Requirement
In indirect heating a heat exchanger is used for the heat transmission. We distinguish between plate, tubular and scraped surface heat exchangers. For the correct monitoring of the the medium it is decisive that the temperature is kept.

Implementation
To monitor the process temperature hygienic ifm temperature sensors of type TM in conjunction with the TR evaluation unit can be integrated in the application.

Customer benefits
The TM type temperature probe sensors certified by EHEDG are suitable for use in tanks and pipes in hygienic applications. The measuring element of the accuracy class A to IEC 751 ensures high accuracy, the tapered probe a good response time. The materials used also withstand aggressive media. The TM probe sensors are connected to the TR evaluation unit via connection cables.
