Dear customers, dear friends of ifm,
The 40th anniversary is a reason for celebrations, but it is also a reason to say thank you. Thank you for giving us your confidence during the past 40 years and thus making the success of ifm possible. Right from the beginning you have been the centre of our activities. Close contact to our customers, the high quality of our products, innovative and existing products as a solution to your applications, plus services whenever and wherever you need them have been the immovable principles of ifm. In the meantime we have more than 90000 customers in more than 70 countries all over the world. Starting with four articles in 1969 ifm now offers more than 8000. Impressive figures we can be proud of in our year of anniversary. However, these figures are only the result but not the cause of the success.
We are convinced that the cause of ifm's success during the past 40 years is the close contact to you, our customers. And this is exactly our promise to you for the next 40 years.
