The increased sensing ranges for non-flush installation give you more safety in case of mechanical tolerances. The sensors for use up to 100 °C undergo frequent cleaning operations, temperature shocks and feature high resistance to cleaning agents. A series of tests qualified the sensors for food applications:

• temperature shock test to EN 60068-2-14 Nc
• artificial ageing in a 1000-hour long-term test to EN 60068-2-14 Nb (change of temperature)
• leak check using the steam boiler testt
